Consume kids' energy indoors and outdoors
Review date: 2008-07-18 Rating: 10 out of 10

This is a great game. We've tried it both indooor and outdoors with two boys -- a 5-year old and a 4-year old.

Wild Planet Hyper Dash has several levels. Our kids are playing the easiest level now, but there's plenty of tricks and new commands to make this interesting for years to come.

The game is easy to learn and, more importantly, it is fun to play. I haven't found another game under $20 that burns this much "kid energy" while having so much fun.

Release Your Inner Hyper Child!
Review date: 2008-07-13 Rating: 10 out of 10

After Graduation Day 4 tired adults relaxed in the living room while 2 kids, age 9 & 11, still full of LOTS of energy, broke out the new Wild Planet Hyper Dash game. They very quickly figured it out BY THEMSELVES; (Hit the MENU button, choose a level of play and the number of players). They set out the different colored & numbered plastic cups and then went crazy with fun/laughter/running around - that did NOT involve any adult help or participation! (The game tells them what to do in a clear, easy to understand voice.) We grownups observed how the ingenious game generated physical as well as mental activity, even though we bemoaned the fact that kids always have so much more energy than we do. A few weeks later I interviewed my thoughtful niece, Beth, about whether the game was still fun and still working. She said yes, yes. And, the same 3 batteries were still doing their job. (Amazing? or what!!)

Great Game

My son loved this game! Enjoyed running all over the yard to race with his friends. Great exercise running from target to target. Great gift!

Everyone loves this game

My daughter ( who is 13 ) and her friends all love this game. They spent all weekend playing it and her girlfriend's family went out and purchased two more, one for their home and one to take to their summer home. Kids and adults have a great time playing!

fun toy even for a 3 year old
Review date: 2008-06-25 Rating: 10 out of 10

I got two of this for my neighbor's kid who was turning 6 and my kid who just turned 3 because it got such excellent reviews. My neighbor's kids love this.

As long as your kid knows basic colors (red, green, orange, yellow, and blue), he/she can play the easiest level. We had great fun playing with our 3-year-old. We started by just arranging the color dishes on a table, practiced a few rounds, then moved the dishes apart. We had great fun running around. Overall, this is a great toy.

A few things, though not deal killers. When I hold the handle and press down, it tends to pinch my finger tips. It pinches my kid's finger tips, too. The sound sometimes is not loud enough to hear, especially when people are excited and laughing. I don't think there is a way to adjust the volumn.
