I'm training for a marathon and to minimize leg/feet stress & maximize cross-training, I was looking for something to do 'pool running' with.

This product may have its uses, but water jogging isn't one of them! You have to straddle the item and hold it with your hands, which means no arm swinging.

If you're looking for something for 'pool running', my advice is to avoid this item :(
