The first time that we took this out on the river, it got a tiny hole from a rock and completely deflated. The patch held the second time that we went out, but my confidence in the product is greatly diminished.

I only used this once, so I can't say a lot about it, but it worked well. It is easy and fun to use, not very bulky when not inflated.

Taking this on the river, I didn't have much faith in its ability to hold up to a real beating. The thickness of the vinyl plastic doesn't seem much more than any typical pool toy, but it did take four hours on the river running rapids and hitting rocks like a trouper. The two chambers are reassurance that it won't go completely flat even if it does get a hole somehow.

The only complaint is the inner seam is big enough to be irritating. If the tube is covered with a towel or sheet it's not that bad, but it could have been smoother.

I couldnt find the lead time until it was too late. I got the tubes after I needed them. I tried to email True Value's customer service, since there wasn't a number and Amazon said they couldn't really help. I haven't used the tubes yet, but don't want to pay shipping/restocking fees. So overall, I am sure the product is fine, service terrible!!!
